We want you to be happy with your purchase from Hartford & Co. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized products
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@hartfordandco.com with your order number. We'll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process/post the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@hartfordandco.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
